Instructions:

1. Setup: Place the stand on a stable surface with the carafe underneath. Insert the filter into the dripper.
2. Prepare Coffee: Measure 1 gram of coffee per 16 grams of water. Grind beans to a medium-fine texture.
3. Boil Water: Heat water to 92°C-96°C.
4. Rinse Filter: Pour hot water over the filter in the dripper to rinse and warm the carafe. Discard the rinse water.
5. Add Coffee: Put the ground coffee into the filter.
6. Initial Pour: Saturate the coffee with a small amount of water and let bloom for 30 seconds.
7. Brew: Pour the remaining water in a circular motion. Brew time should be 3-4 minutes.
8. Serve: Stir coffee in the carafe and serve.
